GENERAL
✦ Please provide a detailed description and references (preferably a visual reference) of anything you want and prefer.
✦ I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason
✦ Feel free to ask me if you have any questionsYou can send me this in your message so i have a clear picture of the things that you want:1. Your character references (design, clothing, color, etc)
2. Pose and expression
3. A full-body / half-body / bust up / headshot

PAYMENTS
✦ All the prices listed are the base price, any additional price will be charge depending on the complexity of the request.
✦ 50% of the base price are to be paid after the agreed sketch, then the rest are after the work is finished.
✦ Tips are optional and will be gladly accepted!REFUNDS
No Refunds or cancellation are acceptable, unless the request hasn't been started yet or Ruva offer for a refund.

REVISIONS
Clients will get:
✦ 3 minor revisions, after that, there will be more additional charge.
✦ 1 major revision on the sketch stageMore revisions are available for more additional charge.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ estimated time 1-3 weeks of works, depending on the complexity and the waiting list
✦ Clients may discussed if there is a specific deadline that have to be met.
✦ The files will be delivered through email or google drive.

USES
✦ Personal use and commercial uses are available, Commercial uses will have different prices.
✦ Client may print the commission for personal use

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS - PERSONAL
✦ Ruva may upload the artwork with commission watermark for promotion and portofolio purposes.
✦ Clients must acknowledge and credits Ruva as the creator/artist of the artwork.
✦ Clients are not allowed to sell or take profit from the commission
✦ If Ruva found out their clients were to sell the artwork or taking profit from the art, the said client will be blocked and blacklisted from Ruva's commission.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS - COMMERCIAL
✦ Ruva may upload the artwork with commission watermark for promotion and portofolio purposes.
✦ Clients must acknowledge and credits Ruva as the creator/artist of the artwork.
✦ For Merchandise commercial use, client can sell and take profit from the commission
✦ For Streaming commercial use, client can only use it for the streaming activity (stream and post). Not allowed to sell or take any form of profit from the commission.
✦ If Ruva found out their clients were to sell the artwork or taking profit from the art, the said client will be blocked and blacklisted from Ruva's commission.
